Diaper rash solutions

What are your best products? I think my favorite is Boudreaux's Butt Paste (I hope I spelled that right). I used to use Desitin until I realized it stung open skin - NOT a good thing in a rash cream.

How about you?

I've been fairly happy with the Burt's Bees diaper creme, though it has rosemary in it and the smell is quite strong (and always makes me think of baked chicken). It works well though!

Lol, I've heard really good things about the butt paste. I am planning on picking some up for my best friend to try out. I got $1 of any size and Target has a strip of single use packets in the trial section for cheap.

I use Desitin for the most part but if his skin break out, which it does when he teethes, I just use some vaseline until it's completely healed.

I use the Butt Paste also. The doctor said that it is the zinc oxide in the creams that heal diaper rash. So far (from what I've seen) the butt paste has the highest % of zinc oxide than the other ones at the store.

The Butt Paste is the best! That stuff knocks out diaper rash in a day compared to other creams taking up to 3 or more days. It is a little more expensive but it is worth every penny.

I've used desitin myself until I got butt paste as a gift. It really works well, which makes sense since it has the same zinc oxide that desitin has that makes it work great. I didn't realize there were coupons for it out there.
