I put on lots of weight because I looked at pregnancy as a " get out of jail free" card to eat whatever I wanted! After all, I was eating for two.

If I'd had a 30lb baby, it would have been fine. I still had 22 lbs to lose after the birth and it took almost a year to do it but then I was lazy and didn't exercise or anything.

Take heart new moms, if any added pounds bother you, it usually comes off eventually! Running after a little one sure burns the calories.

I have taken to doing things I never had before. I've taken up yoga in an effort to try to change my body back.

Yoga would suck, I hate to exercise. My butt got bigger.

After my first baby the weight fell off within a couple months. I was very tiny. Then the 2nd it fell off a little slower. I was still pretty thin after the 3rd and 4th. But age and life style, I don't get out much, finally caught up. So yeah, the issue was not excercising, not pregnancy, for me.

That is good advice! I was told it takes 9 months to put on the weight and it will take at least 9 months to take it off! I avoided junk food and TV and the weight pretty much took care of itself.
