Dollar Tree recalls

Wanted to let everyone know about this, if you have gotten it already for an Xmas gift for anyone. Seems recalls are going stir crazy again. Full article below, 300k is a ton of things to recall back, and this close to the holidays I didn't want to not post this and then have found someone that has it and didn't know.

UPDATE 1-Dollar Tree recalls 300,000 toys due to lead paint

Snipit:

The recalled baby toy has colored beads that slide on a wooden platform, while the recalled Speed Racer Pull Back & Go cars are yellow with black stripes and white with red stripes, the government agency said in a statement.

Why does it always seem that the people who are the ones who can least afford expensive medical treatments are the ones most likely to end up with them from these toy recalls? Tainted toothpaste from discount retailers, the cheap pet food from grocers and retailers, and now toys...makes me want to only use what I can grow or make with my own two hands.

I shop at Dollar Tree a lot, but never for toys thankfully!

Hopefully nobody has gotten sick over this
