Yes I agree completely with you lots of veggies and patience can make you shed weight. Also High quality organic weight loss product can be very good. Also regular up-to-date exercises like swimming, dancing, walking, jogging and even yoga can also be very beneficial. But my worry is my wife. After the birth of our second son, she has gone past worrying and she is adding weight at an alarming rate. So I got her some pills, encouraged her to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and also do regular exercise. After 4 months now, she is almost back to her former perfect shape. But suddenly she had stopped everything and she is eating whatever she likes. She insist she looks great and only dancing appeals to her. And yes she does a lot of dancing but I feel it is not a enough.
Please I have run out of ideas, convincing. Do you or anyone else have any idea or suggestion or am I worrying too much?
