Gaining weight

I know everyone has a different body condition, but I just wonder when someone usually starts gaining weight. Is it normal for a 35 yo man to have that ugly belly fat?

I notice that I started developing this ugly belly fat after I reached 30 or so. So I think it's normal to gain weight at 35. It's a bit too late actually LOL.

Oh no, I don't want to gain weight, for God's sake! I have been gaining so much weight since I was 35, and I want to lose it.

I notice that my wife started gaining weight after she delivered our son at 28. She does some exercises regularly though and I think she is far from being overweight.

Plenty of weight loss methods are available ranging from exercises to crash diets, but the crux of the issue lies with the fact that most of us do not have any spare time to keep up these activities. But then where is the solution to the problem? Our only resolve can be to use diet pills that will help us control the weight that we are gaining. To use chemical filled ones is not advisable because this will cause us additional problems that cannot be solved. So the best option would be to use natural diet pills.
Among several others caralluma burn is considered to be the best because the main ingredient present in it is an herb called caralluma fimbriata and this is what several tribesmen used to eat when they went off on long journeys to hunt so that they can control their appetite because carrying food was not easy at that time.

Greg,

I believe it's a combination of food an exercise.

I've also been a big believer of eating right for your blood type. There's a book out there about it if you do the search.

I'm actually 35 too and after the last Christmas lost 14 kgs. I did it by controlling what I ate (calorie counting) and going for a walk, run, bike ride each day.

I think for permanent results you need to change your lifestyle eating habits.

Wow, that's great the Judge. I would be very happy if I could lose around 5-6 kgs. I read about the diet based on your blood type also, but have never tried it. So, it really works, doesn't it?

It sure does. From memory it's basically based on how old your blood type is and what foods your body can easily digest and absorb. For eg. Im A+, which is the most common blood type and means I can eat red meats but very few grains and for some reason I shouldn't eat game meat like geese. There is a good book on the subject or you can google it.

It's good for weight loss, bit also helps keep you constant (if you know what I mean).

Zija weightloss is really effective and good energy drink. It has no any side effect like the other energy drink and it is the best to lose weight. I personally use Zija products and my Zija review is a positive one.
