Giving up

I have tried for the past two years to lose weight after my baby, and frankly I am at the end of my rope. I know others have had to deal with this issues for years but I am just so frustrated right now.

I'm sorry that you feel like this. Honestly though some people just need to change their attack, their attempts. Maybe you need to look at your activity level rather than diet?

Aww.. don't give up. Just try and take a look at what you are doing different now. I found that after my baby was born that I was spending more time on mindless snacking and more time watching TV. Changed those two things and the weight started coming off.
