Going on vacation!

Well we are going on a long vacation starting this weekend. We are going to be driving and seeing lots of the country. Now that gas has dropped, that is a bit of a relief. But we have saved and saved. We just love these kind of trips. I worry that if/when we have a baby that we will not be able to take these trips anymore, not like we do now. But if I had to choose between baby or trip...I would choose BABY!

So I am excited, trying to get all packed and ready to go. We usually wait till Labor Day to head out, that way its still nice out but there are fewer people out and about because school is back in session. Labor Day weekend we will drive up to visit family. Then the day after we will be heading out on our long road trip. I'm so excited!

It sounds like a wonderful trip. I always do love those long road trips where you aren't in a hurry to get anywhere. Sometimes it is just so much fun to come upon someplace new to explore. Have a great trip!
