For my last two kids, I didn't have a crib. I stuck with the pack and play. I got the one with the bassinet (but not changing table add-on). I like it because it doesn't take up as much room AND it is portable - so even if we aren't home overnight, baby can have her own bed.

I don't blame you. Those pack and go are great. I still have the one I used for my daughter and plan to use it with this baby.
