Ham Loaf

This is a nice Sunday dinner main course. I serve this with buttered squash, and applesauce. For dessert, either blueberry bran muffins or orange sherbert.

Ham Loaf

Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds ground ham
1-1/2 pounds ground pork
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups tomato juice
1 cup soda crackers, crushed*
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Instructions:
Mix bread, cracker crumbs, tomato juice, onion, eggs and mustard together. Add meats and form into 2 meat loaves. Pack into pan and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.

*You can use any type of crackers.

Now this really sounds good. Can it be cooked in a crockpot?
