Hi

I just wanted to introduce myself as im new to the forum. Im 19 weeks pregnant with out first child . Has anyone any advise on a remedy for hartburn?? anything i eat seems to give me it.

hey welcome and congratulations! for the heartburn try eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals, and take your time when eating. also try to avoid things like carbonated drinks, caffeine, and acidic or spicy foods. hopefully those tips help a little
