If your sperm and eggs don't work together, full surrogacy is out of the question. If you plan to use donor sperm or donor eggs, your wife maybe able to carry the child. If it's that her uterus for some reason will not carry the child, then surrogacy is the only other answer to have a child that is genetically yours. Though I think this is highly overrated and adoption should be considered.
There are many ways this is done. Do you have a family member who is willing to carry a baby for you? There are agencies to connect willing women with those wanting a surrogate. Your fertility spe******t should be able to assist you in this matter.
