Is it actually possible to have too many children? If you can always feed and care for them is there a real number cap to stop at? Why is it that a family of 18 is okay for a TV show family but not the normal Jane and Jack?

With the world population getting overcrowded I don't think it is right for me at least to contribute to that. If you can take care of those kids then I guess it's okay but from my point of view think of what we as humans are doing to our home.

The world population is NOT getting overcrowded. That is a myth. MOST countries have reproductive rates that will cause them to *die out* in just a few generations. Even the USA is quickly nearing that rate of reproduction.

I think it's wonderful to see large families.

I also am a big fan of large families and am willing to have as many children as my husband will agree to. Of course we aren't very well off so in actuality 2 or 3 will be it for us but I love seeing really large families.
