How many of you actually take vitamins on a daily basis? My wife, step son, and I all take our vitamins with our breakfast in the mornings.

I forget probably two days a week but I take not only a multivitamin but calcium, vitamin E, and gingko as well. I also want to get some evening primrose oil but I keep forgetting to put it on my list.

I take calcium and fish oil everyday. My son isn't on a vitamin yet and I couldn't care less what my ex takes :P I was thinking about adding vitamin E too.

I am guilty of not taking vitamins or medicine in general. I wish they gave vitamins as injections. I have such a gag reflex that it is torture to swallow pills.

I have always been bad at taking vitamins, however, ever since I found out I was pregnant I have made sure that I am up to date with everything. I want to make sure that my baby has every possible advantage, and that includes health.

We don't take Vitamins (parents) but I make sure the kids do. For some reason Vitamins are not gentle on my stomach and I almost always get a stomach ache after taking them. I probably will take some kind as I get older.
