We all know that the fast foods are the ones to also blame for obesity in kids and adults at the same time. Of course we can throw into the equation lack of sports and other "ingredients", but the fatty food in these restaurants has its fault ..

How often do you take your kid to such a restaurant? Is this daily? Just in some occasions? Were you able to keep the young ones far from all these?

My daughter occasionally has chicken nuggets from the golden arches. Maybe, at most, that would be twice a month. Only when we are out on the road. We also eat out or do take out like Chinese another time or two in the month.

I rarely take my daughter to a fast food restaurant. The only time I take her to a fast food restaurant is during road trips where we will stop at McDonalds, Burger King, whatever is in the town, and buy some food for the road. Most of the time we eat in an actual restaurant though.
