Johnson’s Bedtime Wash is a good lavender wash for babiesStart off with a relaxing soak in the bathtub. Get in the bathtub with your baby if they are big enough for a regular bathtub. Fill the bathtub with warm water and plenty of lavender baby bath. Bath your baby and lay her on your stomach to promote relaxation.
This lotion works wonders before bedtimeTake the baby out of the bathtub in a large warm towel. Dry your baby off and put lavender baby lotion all over. Be sure and give a baby massage to the hands, feet and back. Dress your baby in comfy pajamas..not too binding.
Give you baby their bottle and sit in a quiet, dark room with her. Talk soothingly, but don’t allow her to fall asleep because this can lead to rotting her teeth. Lay her down once she is almost asleep. Soon, she should be softly snoring...
