I want to lose 7 to 8 kg within 3 months; what should I do?

Hiiii

I want to lose 7-8 kgs in the coming 3 months. .. I am doing workouts, walking and exercises daily, but not getting the kind of result as I want. Can anyone please guide me?

I think it need some time, doesn't it? When you've already started your workout and a healthy nutrition you should be patient.

Hello,

I have gone through the same not so long ago, and I can relate to your problem because weight loss is not an easy task, exercise and work outs do give results but it requires a lot of time and patience. I lost weight normally, I did not do any workouts but i did breastfeeding until now, some say it will help you lose all the excess fats during pregnancy, even more good luck!

Drink lots of fluids and try walking more than usual. Staying away from junk food always helps. Goodluck! :P

After twins numbers 4 and 5, it took about 2 years of breastfeeding. The last little bit came off by taking vitamin B in the form of Emergenc-c. I also took phylium, and enzymes for digestion, as well as yogurt and omega oil.
Getting my digestive tract back online immediately got rid of those last 10 lbs that no amount of dieting and exercise seemed to be able to help with.

First of all if you try to set a goal to loose weight in a short time and when you don't reach it you will be more frustrated and give up on loosing weight. The best thing you can do is eat normally and calculate your calorie intake. After you calculate your calories just eat 250 calorie less. In one month you could loose around 1kg because it takes 7700 calories to burn 1kg. You don't have to deprive yourself with food. Just change your food. Read labels and nutrients content and there are food that you can eat that helps you to burn fats naturally. Even drinking green tea helps to burn fats. I read an article that green tea burns fat while you sleep. I don't know if this is really true but my husband drinks green tea 2 times a day and he lost 2kg in less than a month. He did not even change his diet.

Now what if you decide to eat 250 calorie less plus you drink plain green tea and took a walk around the block 2 or three times a week? I think you could loose more than a 1kg in a month. Exercise helps to tone your body so you wont sag after you lost weight. I have a friend. She wasn't tall. Her height was 5'1 and her weight was 185 pound. That is indeed obese for her height. All she did was cut down on her calorie intake and she got rid of all junk food and sodas. She walk every other day for 30 minutes and it took her 2 years to loose 85 pound and it was permanent. She can now wear the clothes when she was 18.
