I want to lose before I get pregnant!
I am about 90 pounds overweight and I KNOW that isn't healthy for me!! I want to lose this weight!! Where do I need to start? Help!

Do cardio exercises (jog, run, swim etc..). There are a bunch of them. Just do a simple google search. Also it would help if you change how you eat, if you are doing so. Watch your calories and try to eat 3 healthy, fair amount, balanced meal a day.

Firstly, begin with eating healthy food. Add to it daily exercises and you will get great results.
