Oh I hated them. I think I took them for no longer than a month and my son turned out fine without them and so did I. But I did find that drinking lots of water (aside from making me pee a lot) also made me less constipated

When I would take my prenatal vitamins, they always had the iron in them. It didn't make me constipated but when I burped, I always had that awful iron aftertaste.
