For all of you who take the kids out to the country, please be careful. It's tick season again. When you get home, take time to check over their little bodies for ticks. Make sure you check the creases, behind ears, in hairlines, in back of knees, around the sock line.

Oh gosh yes. I remember finding a tick the size of a punctuation point on one of my kids once. Thank goodness I had such great eyesight. They can be really small. Also do look in their pants, especially the boys as ticks can crawl anywhere.
