Liquid on the Brain

My daughter recently had an ultrasound done and they told her they think her baby has liquid on his brain. She was told to go to a spe******t because they would be able to read the ultrasound better and would be able to tell her for sure. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

A cousin of mine did, as a consequence of cerebral palsy. They can treat it with a shunt, and it may not cause problems if they are lucky, but they really need to see someone fast.

I had a friend who had a similar situation. Like GoodStuff said, they can treat it. And often even if there are problems, they could very well be mild. His were.
