Hi all!
I find that yoga is a magnificent method of losing weight after giving birth. I joined a yoga class about 3 months after giving birth and got back into my ideal weight quite easily. It does take some time for results to show though, but that didn't bother me at all as I was not only focused on getting back in shape, but I also wanted to be healthy and happy mentally. I think it is perfect as new mothers are still vulnerable and shouldn't apply stress on their bodies and you wouldn't want to be losing weight too quickly anyway.
I would recommend yoga to anyone who has a slight or passing interest in it. I know some people might be a little apprehensive, I know I was. I had been thinking of joining yoga waaay before I got pregnant but had always put it off because I wasn't too sure (of what, I still don't know!). I'm glad I took the plunge afterall because I definitely feel a change in myself, the way I think and the way I look.
