Lost weight in breasts

I'm not sure if it was just because of losing weight in general or because I stopped breastfeeding but I lost volume in a MAJOR way in my breasts after weaning my first child. My breasts were super saggy/flabby; nothing like the perky, plumpy girls I had before pregnancy! Anyone else have this problem? What did/are you doing about it?

I think we all do have this problem. My cousin had it worse. She was always size 1 or 2 and when she had her first baby she gained almost 40 pounds and her breasts went from cup A to DD. It wasn't a pretty sight when she lost the weight.

It's normal and there is nothing you can do! Well besides getting surgery, you just have to deal with the saggy boobs. Even if you lose weight and you are not pregnant, you lose it in your boobs first.

The only natural thing you really can do is excercises, with a 3-8 Ibs dumbell try chest fly's, pushups, anything that works your pectoral muscles. You can find instructions on these at any workout site (shape, fitness, ect.) You won't look like pam anderson but it will improve things. Hope this helps.
