My parents are great with my daughter! I love the relationship that they have. I was close to my grandparents too. How close are your kids to their grandparents?

My kids and my parents are medium close. They are very elderly and somewhat feeble, particularly my dad, and that makes it difficult for them to really do any 'fun' stuff with the small ones. Also, my dad was never a real big communicator so as far as conversation, there isn't a lot of that.

My mother is a hippie lol. So my daughter just LOVES to spend time with her. My mom brings her out for walks in nature parks and shopping trips when I'm busy with work. As a result, my daughter has become fond of nature and also currently a sick (in a good way) fashionista. She lives nearby too, so it's easy to just send my daughter to her place while I carry out my mundane duties. Even when they're not out and are just hanging out at home, I can always trust my mother to come up with something, as she would say it, mad fun!
