Maintaining Weightloss

I can lose weight pretty well-but I can never keep it off. How do you manage to maintain any weight that you have lost over time?

The only way to do it is by lifestyle changes instead of "diets." What you do to LOSE the weight is what you have to do to KEEP it off.

Well yes I also agree that you must be change out your lifestyle You must be spend some time in exercise, Take only diet food like fruits vegetables and some juice.

Why don't you try keeping a weighing scale in your house and get on it every week? It you notice you've gained even one pound, spend the following week to do whatever you did to lose those weights in the first place

Hmm, sorry if this posts twice, but the forum is having issues and I cannot tell if it posted!

Eat a diet high in fiber and protein. That combination will help you feel more full, and will help convert your fat into energy, rather than storing it.
