Do any of you heat your baby food in a microwave? The other day I read that you shouldn't do that because a microwave actually destroys the vitamins and minerals in the food.

Not only that but the microwave heats the baby food unevenly the same as bottles of formula so it may be icy cold in the middle but steaming hot on the outside.

As my opinion we must not be use microwave food for our baby I think its really harmful for her/his health, I recommended you make own her/his food, this is good for them health.

I have never done this. Sometimes I can not even work it proper to heat my own random food cravings let alone attempting that with baby food and taking the chance, not uhh.
