I'm not that far along in my pregnancy at all, a month at the most. My doctor's appointment is scheduled for middle of next week, and I plan on talking to him about every one of my concerns, but before then I have a few maybe you could help with.
Are there specific things that I can't/shouldn't do physically to give my baby a better chance of developing right, and safely?
I know I can't drink alcohol, and no smoking and all that. And I know the stuff to eat and suplements and whatnot. But what about running and jumping, and dancing around. Cause my boyfriend is worried that I'm too active, but I'm excited that I'm having a baby. Heh.
I just wanna be sure about everything. Any advise will help!
