There has been talk recently of the health dangers of using plastics for certain things, that chemicals called BPAs can leach into the food and drinks contained in the plastic.

But what are the alternatives? Even if you use none plastic containers in the home, so much comes in plastic in shops-how do you avoid that?

It's really hard to avoid it without breaking the budget! But, as with most things, I think moderation is the key. The more you can reduce the better, but in the end you have to accept some things with plastics. But you can feel better knowing you reduce their exposure.
