Pregnancy symptoms?
When did you start noticing them? With my boys, I had barely any symptoms the whole first trimester, besides being tired. With my daughter I started puking daily at 6 weeks. I'm only 4 weeks now (just found out a few days ago) but I swear my pants already don't fit right, and I'm already queasy and exhausted (that could be from chasing 3 kids though!).

I had very few symptoms
The very first symptom that I had was that I started having very strange dreams. I didn't know it was related until after I found out that I was pregnant, though. Apparently hormonal changes can do odd things to our brains...lol. I didn't know that I was pregnant until I missed my time. I still haven't been sick at all, thank goodness. I was worried about that because my mother was terribly ill with all of us.

I was about 4 weeks when I started feeling this sensation like I wanted to pee, But very little urine would actually be passed, within a few minutes I felt it again

For me, I always knew because my breasts were very sore. Then as you said, around 6 weeks or so I just started feeling queasy on and off throughout the day. And yes, soooo tired!
I've always heard with your second you show a lot earlier, not sure if that's true or not!

I really can't remember when I first felt symptoms with my son- he's 15 now. But with my two girls, I started like one week later with my breasts being really sore.
