Hi, I'm new here and recently posted about my current distress about being pre-diabetic and pregnant. I was hoping to get some feedback from other's who have dealt with the possibility of gestational diabetes. But I also wanted to share the upside to being pre-diabetic, and that is the conscious effort I am being forced to make about my diet and excercise habits. I found this website that has a ton of diabetes friendly recipes, which as it turns out is pretty much a low carb diet. So for anyone who is going through somethign similar, or looking to shed the extra baby fat after giving birth, browse through some of these recipes. If there are a couple of us who want to try some and then share what we thought, we could start some type of recipe swap of ideas and opinions, results, etc...
