Reading together

How often do you read together with your child? We have read to our little girl everyday since she was still in the womb. Now we can read together as a family to the little one in my belly!

We used to read every single night with the kids. The older ones now like to read on their own. I still read to the baby almost every night because it has had such a positive effect on the other children.

I read to my children or have them read to me daily. I think reading is essential and the earlier you start the better foundation you lay for the future.

We still read together and my kids are a bit older. I think it's important for our kids to see us reading and it's important to read with them. It makes them realize how important reading is.

We read together with our baby everyday. My daughter is now almost 20 months old and she will sit down with a book by herself now and flip through the pages. So sweet!

I read to my kids every night. I worked third shift so I would get the girls in the tub, get their pj's on, and tuck them in to read a book before bed. They loved that and sometimes still ask me to read a book to them.

Wow cameron we have the same routine, but I do not work 3rd shift!! My son loves story time in bed at night and sometimes now he will even choose the book which is a lot of fun too.

I read to my child every morning. We read then we eat breakfast. It is a nice way to start the day kind of on a slower note as I am not a morning person and she likes to be up at 6am!

I read to my one year old every night before bed. His favorite story is Mr. Brown Can Moo, Can You? and sometimes he'll go into his room ahead of me and find it and bring it to me.

My wife and I both enjoy reading a lot. We make sure that we read to the belly. We think it is never too early to start them reading. I have noticed that the baby tend to be less active when we are reading to him.
