Robitussin

Have you heard of this? Apparently the main ingredient in plain robitussin (guaifenesin) increases mucous so that you will have more cervical mucous when it's needed (around ovulation).

Okay, I'm lost. What is Robitussin supposed to accomplish and what does cervical mucous have to do with conception? With all the other ingredients in Robitussin, there has to be a more natural concoction.

Actually, if you get *plain* Robitussin (no letters at all), the only ingredient is guaifenesin. Cervical mucous helps keep the sperm alive and increases mobility, which increases your chances of conception.
