I think it would be great if this place got a complete makeover. I like what you have done with the header but the rest is still pretty similar to the default bulletin style.

I am still learning about being "on line" and also very new to forums. I like this site but I am confused where some things should be at (the location on the forum I guess is the right word?). Can anyone help to make this easier for new users like me that keep getting lost on navigating?

If you want to do it all yourself, you're going to have to write an operating system with a graphical user interface. The bootable CD has to boot (load) an operating system.
