During my first pregnancy I had a huge problem with swollen feet and by the end of my pregnancy was wearing slip on tennis shoes a full size bigger than my normal size or bedroom slippers. Anything I can do to keep the swelling down this time?

Keep your feet up more, if you can. Also, a greater intake of protein during your pregnancy is supposed to help with that, along with drinking plenty of water. Dehydration can lead to water retention which can pool in your lower extremities.
