The Clothes

I had started a couple of months back to raid my husbands closet for bigger shirts. I am good with the jeans I have and even the sweats but the shirts are all gone. I don't think I have worn any of mine in at least a month. Anyone else doing some closet raids lately?

My hubby is a bean pole, so this never worked for me, and I preferred real maternity shirts so that I didn't just look fat. How far along are you?

I was visiting my mom while I was pregnant, so I took some of her because she was a few size bigger, but she went shopping for me and got me some nice outfits.

I would mostly raid for shirts, not the pants. Those I was always to get away with just having some bangy jeans around or sweats. I think I just got lucky is all.

My husband has the worst dress sense in the world, so I didn't. It wasn't a problem though honestly, because amazingly 90% of my wardrobe still worked, just loose t-shirts and so on. I only bought one maternity top for the pregnancy because I had to have something smart to wear out.

I was never able to. My husband is somewhat slim, and I carried right out in front, like this big basketball stuck on me. Once I really started showing, I couldn't button a regular shirt, even his bigger shirts. Oh well, it was fun to buy new clothes!!

The great thing about shirts right now is a lot of what is fashionable just hangs loosely. If you look you may find some good bargains on regular clothes that may fit you even though you're pregnant.
