The gym is kicking my tail

So I joined the gym with a couple of co-workers and we go right after work. I'm telling you I needed the longest hot soaks in the tub the last few nights. It's been 1 week only and I don't see a difference yet.

Don't give up. You will see a difference in good time. I know I need to go to the gym but I am a big chicken right now! I know I would be in a hot Epsom salt bath for hours at night. I am so out of shape!

Losing weight and toning up is not an overnight process. I think this is where a lot of people get discouraged. If it makes you feel any better the last time I lost a lot of weight it took over 6 months to get rid of it (65 pounds). It is a long process.

You can do it, and of course it's kicking your tail! It's what it is supposed to do, at least you know it's working. Sweating is good for the body, keep it up!

if it could be done in just one week of exercises, companies wouldn't be making so much money ripping ppl off with those "lose 50 lbs just by swallowing this every day for 2 weeks!"

I know how you're feeling. You muscles are soring and burning up. You fall asleep real fast and have trouble waking up early. Don't worry. Your body will get used to it. If you keep at it, it will soon be painless and jogging 30 minutes will be a snap. That's when you'll notice your hard work paying off.

I think 1 week is to little for visibile results. Keep going and you will se the fisrt results in a month.

I am a good chunk into what my goal weight will be but I have a little more to go and I am hoping that is before the end of the year. I always worry if I loose weight too quick its going to end up with me having the elasticity issue that others face.
