Things to do for an easy birth

I have 1 child and I'm about to have another in the next month. My first delivery was awful! It was so painful and long. I'm looking for tips on what I can do to make this delivery easier?

Don't lie down. Make gravity your best friend-walk around, rock in a chair, pace. Keep upright so that everything possible is helping baby move downwards.

That is exactly what I would say, walk walk and walk some more. Don't just start walking at the end of the pregnancy ~ walk throughout the pregnancy. You will feel great and it's supposed to help with the actual birthing process.

My first birth was also very painful. But my second one was much esier. I took what we call in sweden "Ipidural" and it helped me soo much. probably your second child will be esier. During your deliver ask your nurse if she can help you to give you something very warm on your stomach and your back.
