Any of you moms have tips for breast feeding success? I didn't have much luck the first time around. She was in the NICU for 14 days and by the time I was able to try and breast feed her she was pretty set on the bottle. I tried to pump but my production wasn't enough for her.

With my daughter I breast fed on demand letting her suckle every couple hours in the hospital. Then when we got home she would sleep for long stretches and I would just make sure she was either breastfeeding or I was pumping every 2-3 hours. I built up a supply and that was good because at about 10 months old I suddenly stopped producing milk so she used that up until her 1st birthday.
