Twins - 9 weeks pregnant

We are new to the website and are looking for some tips from those of you that already have experienced childbirth with multiples. Anything regarding products such as strollers, cribs, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't had multiples but my best friend just had twin girls a few months ago. She got the Contours Options Tandem Stroller for $219 from Babies r Us. Target carries the same stroller just a different brand for $19 also, it's the Kolcraft Options Tandem Stroller. She LOVES it! the seats come off and you can attach the carseats directly onto the stroller, and it's very lighweight as far as a double stroller goes. I believe you can use any infant carseat on it, she has graco infant carseats and they fit on it perfectly. It has great storage at the bottom and it's easy to get into, and it folds down very nicely. I have two young children so I use a double too, it's the Graco Quattro Tour Duo Stroller from Target or Babies R Us. It's a good stroller but it is just big and bulky esp with the heavy kid in the front, and it's hard to get anything out of the bottom basket storage if the back seat is laid all the way down.

When she did her nursery she bought two regular size cribs (matching) and just lined them against the wall with the headboard against the wall and room in between them to walk through.

She bought two of most everything, bouncers, boppys, stuff like that so that she could have them both down doing the same kinds of things at the same time. And if you have swing sleepers like I do you will want two of those room permitting.

And if your going to try and nurse you will want one of those mega high power double breast pumps and a Breast Friend nursing pillow.

Congrats on your twins, they will be so much fun!

I think it's more a personality thing maybe? When I found out that my mom was pregnant with me when she got married

I am a father of four and my last two are twins! They are 2 1/2 now and are real terrors. Make sure you start stocking up now on formula and diapers.

Hey first of all I would like to congrats every one here with multiples. I know, how it feels when you come to know that you had multiples as, you dont have to think about one but, twice or thrice. Lot of preparations requires and needs to be done before.
