Hey, I found some interesting information that I hope can be of help to you.
It mentions there are 2 types of reversals available:
Vasovasostomy and Epididymostomy
Vasovasostomy -This is an option if sperm are found to be present within the Vas Diferens (the tube that transports and stores the sperm) and is very successful - 75% - 95%. It takes about 3 months for the sperm to return when you ejaculate and a 40 - 60 percent chance of getting a woman pregnant in 2 years.
With a Epididymostomy is used if there are no live sperm present in the Vas Diferens and anf they have to complete a more involved operation that includes wearing a supportive cup for 6 weeks after the surgery. It has about a 60 - 80% chance of sperm returning, but takes up to 15 months. The pregnancy rate is lower as well around 30 - 40%.
Like Shoey said it can be pretty expensive, like $10,000 expensive so it may not be an option.
As mentioned before, the longer you wait the more difficult it can be. If you wait longer than 10 years, apparently it is a lot harder to get it back.
There is also surgical sperm retrieval which can still achieve the result, but is no where as much fun
