Video games

Do you/will you let your child play video. and if so will you let them play violent video games? I grew up playing video games and violent one's. I really dont see a problem as long as you explain the difference between make believe and reality.

I'll definitely let my kids play video games, but probably not violent ones until they're teenagers. I think you should try to keep violent games away from small children.

There are so many types of video games out there. Kids can learn a lot from what's out there on the market. It's just up to the parents to know what kind to let the kids play and which ones are age appropriate.

VG's are good for hand-eye coordination for kids.

I will let my son play, I just don't want him addicted to it.

No, I won't let them play violent video games. I see no need for those at all. There is enough violence in the world, let alone with these video games. We only have a Wii console and so far I have not seen any violent Wii games.
