water

They say to drink a lot of water when your pregnant. I drink a lot all the time even when not pregnant somewhere around 12 servings when normal is 8. Should I still be upping my normal of 12 or is that efficient?

Your body will let you know what you need. If you find yourself waking up with headaches and feeling dehydrated then you'll need to up it. If not, you're probably fine.

I would think that would be plenty. To tell you the truth I never really drank water when I was pregnant. It was always coke or tea. And my kids came out just fine. So with this being said you are doing great with that amount.

I do not really have advice on how much but I do have some advice on when. Try to drink most of your water between meals. I have heard that if you drink to much water with meals that you can dilute the vitamins and minerals and they will not absorb as well.
