Weight Loss Tips
Tip 1: Drink Herbal Tea
When urges for sweets and snacks arrive, try drinking herbal teas such as apple-cinnamon, almond, or orange. The preparation of tea alone actually helps to take your mind off of junk food. The heat from the tea fills you up, and the aroma helps to satisfy your cravings.
Tip 2:Limit High Carbohydrate Foods
To maximize the fat-burning process, it's best to gradually eliminate carbohydrates toward the end of the day. This minimizes your chances of storing fat late at night.
Tip 3: Don't Drink Alcohol
Alcohol contains too many empty calories which ultimately produce nothing but fat.
Tip 4: Motivate Yourself
Try to find an incentive for getting in shape and burning fat. Write down your goal and put it in a location you see everyday, such as your refrigerator. Motivation really keeps you going!
Tip 5: Use Low-Calorie Food Alternatives
Try to save as many calories as you can. Substitute water for soda, baked chicken for fried chicken, sub sandwiches for pizza, etc.
Tip 6: Don't Starve Yourself
Starving only promotes a bigger "rebound" effect because your body likes to hold on from what it is deprived of. Instead, fuel the body every 2 to 3 hours with small meals.
Tip 7: Drink 1 or More Glasses of Water Before Meals
This is to help fill the stomach and give you a full feeling. It works!
Tip 8: Be Consistent
No weight loss tips will work if you don't give them a chance. It may take a while to see results. Hang in there! Consistency is the key to effectiveness.
Tip 9: Don't Use the Scale
Scales can be misleading. For example, if you're losing bodyfat and bodyweight but gaining muscle, the scale won't necessarily reflect the difference between the two. Instead, monitor the inches you lose. Inches never lie!

Well, this is the good tip a weight loss. I've been searching for a long time for weight loss tips. Then I found this forum and thread this is a big help for me and another person who want to know a weight loss tip.

Hello
First of all, you are no where near overweight! but if you want to loose weight you do have to change what you eat- not completely though. try having more fresh fruits and vegetables. also, things like ice cream that you buy in stores is made in Light, which tastes exactly the same. you can just look for lower calorie foods & exercise more.

Hi Girls,
I'm new here but saw this and just had to tell you about a product I used after my last baby was born 4 months ago. It's called Tauts Belly Wrap by Brooke Burke. It's pretty amazing, it took inches off my waist within a month. I found a coupon for it on 58coupons.com, think that's the name where I found it. Anyway, I'm thinking the coupon was for $5 or $10 off, maybe they have another one that's more. Good luck, losing weight is tough, this will help.

A low- calorie, high- fiber diet (lots of fruits and vegies) accompanied by a good exercise program are very effective if done consistently. Weight loss is successfully achieved when one has enough motivation and inspiration to do something.

Thanks for the useful tips. I am familiar to some of them but point 6 and 9 are new to me. I didn't know before that using the scale can be misleading. I think people doing weight loss programs generally use the scale to measure their progress.

Nice tips shared here. I had a lot of trouble getting rid of my tummy after the birth of my kid too. For mummies considering slimming treatments, be sure to go with a reputable centre and not end up getting conned like these consumers who signed up for packages in Royal Bodyperfect. Not sure if their sister brand Bodyperfect is the same , but just be careful.

Hello everyone.For a rapid weight lose we need to do little exercise regularly and a little diet plan.With these tools we can easily reduce our weight.Try to eat food which is oil free and try to eat fruits.Try to do exercise like walk in the morning.

I just believe so much on simple remedies for it , I go weight unwanted and green tea along with lemon drops,vegetables,exercise ect were good to go back.Good post and I appreciate the work.Thanks.
