Weird weight

I know some of my diet has changed but not nearly all of it.

After my first I lost the baby weight, after my second I did as well - for about a year, then it went back up. Still working to get it under control, but I did wonder if anyone else has experienced this or not?

Kind of, but I was well aware that I was at fault for my weight re-gain. I was going through a messy marriage break up and was eating badly. I was eating probably two pounds of M&Ms a week!

That would be many M&M's! My weight has changed and done the higher/lower deal but many times its not just the baby as the issue but everything around it. When you work too much and forget to eat for me it goes down, when I have all the time in the work after working too much and become lazy it goes back up.

Yeah that was a lot of M&Ms, a lot of stress too. The weight is all off again, and holding stable-in fact I now weight 26lb less than my pre-pregnancy weight, so it's all good.

Right now I weight right about pregnancy weight, but I was skinny with a high metabolism growing up til mid 20's so that I'm sure has some to do with it as well. And here my mother always said it didnt happen until I had my 3rd kid, HA!

I am struggling myself, I have always thought before I am in this situation that I would lose the weight by at least 6 months after giving birth. But it is a constant struggle. There are a lot of components to it, it's really understanding how your body works.

Everyone was surprised that I was tall and slanky being 6', now I am slowly shrinking and the weight gained is in funny places. I have never gained weight w/o a baby so its brand new to me, the good I'm not cold anymore and the bad I had to get another pair of jean sizes and it took forever since I'm "between sizes".

I bet the little weight looks good on you. Don't get too comfortable though, weight has a way of creeping up on you. I know from experience. I do remember my slim days like they were yesterday.

I remember my slim days too, too bad that's all they are- memories! I weighed 120 when I found out I was pregnant with my first, 15 years ago. I now have 2 kids with the last one born 3 1/2 years ago and I weigh between 65 and 70 lbs heavier than before I got pregnant the first time. It's time to lose some weight!

It does creep up very quick, its already here!

On a good note though I am working out more now than I ever have in life, just had some off months with personal issues going on.
