What are your favorite names that you will never use?

I have so many names I love, but my husband has vetoed completely. I have always loved the name Artemis, but my husband thinks it's "too Greek" (and neither of us are greek). I also love Taras, which was my grandfather's name, but we won't use that one either.

How about you?

I loved Tatianna, but I'm not Russian. I also liked names like Ashton, Austin, Ethan. But DH vetoed them all. I love my kids names though but it was so hard to decide when we had totally different ideas.

There are several names on my list that my husband has vetoed. Keoni, which is Hawaiian for John (hubby's name), is my current favorite, but he says it sounds trendy and weird with our last name. I also love Aidan, but it's way too popular for my taste.

I really like the name Irelyn. I love it and my hubby will not go for it. I also like the name Madeline. I dunno, he does not like them. I think he really is wishing for a boy and him denying girl names is his way of showing it without directly saying it.
