What's your plan to lose weight?

Do you have a plan on this? The time you have in mind? The changes in your lifestyle? Exercise plans? How does your losing weight overall plan look like? Are you able to keep it up and not skip any of the "elements"?

I am working on it now. I'd like to loose a about 5 lbs. in a month if possible. I weigh myself everyday and keep a good track of it. But I want to push my limits when I can.

I'm still pregnant but I plan to lose the weight as soon as I give birth and am allowed to exercise. I plan to eat right, jog every morning and to follow a solid exercise routine.

I always make sure that I have time to exercise. How do I do it? I rode a bike to work every morning so its like having an exercise everyday. On weekends I ride my bike for a 10 kilometer run.

I still have on 20 of the 30lbs I gained while I was pregnant. My baby is one and a half now. I go jogging as often as I can. I watch what I eat, try to avoid fatty foods and too much carbohydrates. I also do abs on a regular basis.
