When will we learn?

After so many talk shows and specials on TV along with the random local groups talking more and more about exercise - why are we still not doing it? It kind of makes me angry to know that so many have health related issues that they bring on themselves, do nothing about it and then whine like its not their fault.

I agree Rose.

I see so many people that over eat and then have health issues and can't understand what's happening, like it's a mystery.

30 mins minimum a day is all it takes. You can make room for it. I walk with my wife every other day (I ride as well) and you see so many people walking that look so healthy, but the walk tracks are still very empty

Yes, I agree with that. To do exercises, you don't even have to go out. I like to do yoga and I kinda think that it's a lazy way of getting your body moving. I love it.
