Where do you shop for baby clothes?
I believe babies grow so fast that the cheaper you can buy baby clothes, the better off you are. Walmart, Kmart, Target, etc. But I know some people think "only the best for my baby" and tend to shop at more high end stores or boutiques. I guess its all relative to your income. You can find nice looking clothes at inexpensive stores though.

I belonged to a Family Center. They had a Swap Shop. Clothes were donated. For every piece of clothing that you donated that your baby had grown out of you could swap for another piece in a size that would fit. I had two children. When my daughter would grow out of her clothes, I would pass it on to my son provided it wasn't girly. When he would grow out of it I would take it up to the Swap Shop. They also had brand new clothes that were sold at very affordable prices. I kept both of my kids clothed in clothes from there until they were both about 5.
For holidays and birthdays if someone in my family didn't buy for the kids themselves, I would shop at Wal-Mart. I would buy their winter coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves from there because you could always buy the coats a little bigger than what your child was and know that they would grow into them.

I had a big family so I guess that we had are own swap shop. I mainly would buy new clothes from Walmart, Target or Sears. Really, where ever the sale was.

We go with Wal Mart. They have pretty good clothing for their prices. They hold up pretty well. We will go to baby gap sometimes if we have some sort of event to go to or something.

Kmart/Walmart/then BabiesRus/ToysRus, I refuse to spend more money on the clothing than the months they will end up wearing it. We have some things that we pick out for holidays/etc, but I'm not going to spend like 40.00 on an outfit my kid will outgrow in afew months.

If you are looking for something SPECIAL, I can recommend BABY GAP. I love their stuff, unfortunately it is a bit pricy. But quality is good and every now and then I allow myself (and my baby) a little Gap treat. :-)

May I suggest - Baby Clothing Central - everything there is priced at basically a discount. Very cheap if you are in the UK
