I would not normally recommend a video game console but to me the Wii is different. It's a great console. The games are excellent, they get you up and moving and get the kids active. You also laugh and laugh at some games. It's a great way to bond as a family.

We love playing the Wii together as a family as well and we always end up laughing and having a good time. I was looking into the Wii Fit as well for me but I am getting conflicting opinions on if you are actually getting a good workout with it.
